You do not need to own any professional DJ equipment to join the course. All required DJ equipment is available at the academy for classes and practice sessions. Students only need a laptop or desktop for music management and a USB drive/pen drive for carrying their music library and Rekordbox data.

What equipment do I need to join the EMP courses?

Accepted Answer

You only need a suitable laptop or desktop and a DAW of your choice, such as Ableton Live or FL Studio. Recommended specifications include an Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor, 16 GB RAM and an SSD with sufficient free storage. All other required studio equipment is available at the academy.
